Welcome to Four Seasons Benecko — an exclusive mountain villa designed by a local architect and located in the ski resort of Benecko, in the heart of Krkonoše National Park.
Set in the higher part of the village at 870 metres, our villa combines timeless charm with comfort, space, and beautiful mountain surroundings. It is the perfect place for families, groups of friends, and anyone looking for adventure or relaxation in the Krkonoše mountains.
With more than 100 guest reviews and a 5-star experience, we offer a stay designed to feel both special and welcoming.
The main ski lift is just 400 metres away, making winter holidays easy and convenient. Beyond skiing, you can enjoy hiking, cycling, nature walks, and nearby mountain resorts such as Špindlerův Mlýn.

Stays
We can offer you 3 different options to stay in our house.
Full House
Enjoy our house in full capacity with total privacy.
Bottom floor has 3 bedrooms, all with queen beds and a sleeping sofa for 1 additional person. All rooms have private bathrooms. The wellness area with 2 saunas and a running belt is also on the bottom floor, which has direct access to the garden.
Middle floor has a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining tables for up to 16 people. It has a fireplace that can be used for long winter nights. It also has access to the balcony.
The balcony has BBQ possibilities.
Top floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and smaller children beds, while the third room can be arranged as per your needs. There is also a larger bathroom with a whirlpool bath, a normal walk-in shower, and washer and drying available.
Good to know
Wifi is available in the whole house.
Beddings and towels are provided to all the guests.
Guest House
A comfortable stay option with the same downstairs layout and a practical shared-house setup.
Bottom floor has 3 bedrooms, all with queen beds and a sleeping sofa for 1 additional person. All rooms have private bathrooms. The wellness area with 2 saunas and a running belt is also on the bottom floor, which has direct access to the garden.
Middle floor is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen including coffee machines, oven, microwave, and fridge, with access to the balcony.
The balcony has BBQ possibilities, but it can be shared with other guests if the Master House is rented out in the same period.

Master House
A spacious option for guests who want the main living areas and upper bedrooms of the house.
Middle floor has the big living room with a fully equipped kitchen and access to the balcony. It has a fireplace that can be used for long winter nights.
The balcony has BBQ possibilities, but it can be shared with other guests if the Guest House is rented out in the same period.
Top floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and smaller children beds, while the third room can be arranged as per your needs. There is also a larger bathroom with a whirlpool bath, a normal walk-in shower, and washer and drying available.
Access to the wellness is available only in case the other part of the house is not rented out.
